Initial consultation

understand your personality, taste and style this should be done once the wedding date is set.

Clients that prefer to plan most of the wedding yet require a little more assistance
and would like to enjoy the last month of their engagement by having an outside professional take the burden of ting up any
loose ends and last minute arrangements.

Meet with couple for a 2-hour consultation 6 weeks prior to the wedding to cover step-by-step details
· Unlimited
e-mails and calls throughout the entire planning process
· Call and introduce myself to your vendors 1 month before
your wedding and let them know
that if they have any questions they can direct them to me
· Give final
counts and instructions to your vendors
· Detailed wedding day itinerary to be given to Bridal Party and Vendors
· Confirm vendors 2 weeks prior to your event
· Direction and coordination of the Wedding Rehearsal
· Greet vendors & coordinate set-up of the ceremony and reception
· Oversee all details on your
wedding day, including set up of decor
· Collection of items at rehearsal to be brought & set up on wedding
day such as:
place cards, guest book, toasting glasses, cake server, programs, bubbles, favors, etc
